The chakra points are a spiritual and physical manifestation of energy. There are seven chakra points in total from the bottom of the spine to the crown of the head.

The word chakra is Indian-derived and can be translated to a wheel or circle - fluidity that continues moving. The seven chakras are vital to balance and enlightenment. Beginning from the base of the spine, the root chakra leads all the way up to the crown chakra.
